It arrived on time and packaging was totally intact, which was good because with large items like this sometimes box is dented, ripped, etc. I haven't assembled it yet but, so far, I'm impressed with this Seller. I reached out and they said they would issue a 50.00 refund for just the bother which I thought was a wow. They were great at reaching back out to us. They were always answering any questions or concerns we had. They were quick with responses. I can't say enough about this company. Now a days your lucky to have someone listen or even look at a message. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, box was a little damaged and a few parts was missing. They replied me within a few hours and give me a partial refund which I can buy missing screws. The pkg when it arrived was beat up pretty bad so I took pictures and sent to the seller and stayed in contact with them about the contents inside. The seller stayed in contact with me. They responded in a timely matter instead of ghosting me. In the end they stood up and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Great seller I can’t say enough good about them. Thank you
