  Very happy! Not entirely ‘Seamless’, as the power adapter sent was wrong but a replacement was sent the next day and the laptop is in great condition, as described and working as expected. Mistakes happen. Great response and communication and would use them again and would recommend anyone else. All you could hope for from a seller.

  Received laptop quickly, physical condition as described, but keyboard was faulty. Seller swiftly offered partial refund to replace the component, happy with resolution. Seller communication was excellent.
