  Exactly as described. Shipping was good with an accurate tracking number, in fact it got here early, before the promise date. Sony headphones worked and came with all accessories. Very happy. Good seller. Packing was in original box and adequate. Was a good value. It looked new.

  Order arrived on Saturday morning Jan 4 2025, box and the product were both in excellent condition. This type of Sony wired extra-bass earbuds are difficult to find where I live in Canada; the seller communicated with me and was very accommodating in re-sending the order to an alternative mailing address due to our recent postal strike. Overall the product and service was very good value, and I have no doubts as to the quality of this Sony product.
