  These programmes were delivered eventually as had a small problem with the delivery however, the seller sorted this out very quickly - many thanks. They were packed well and the condition of them both was very good and as described. I am really pleased with them and I will definitely buy from this seller again - many thanks again to the seller.

  Programme finally turned up safe and sound, no idea why it took so long for Royal Mail to deliver it, have it now :-) As described, very well packaged, very happy with programme, perfect seller, will use again, many thanks.

  the first programme didnt arrive this was not due to seller but royal mail. Did contact seller who sent me another copy, which arrived the day after. Seller was very helpful.

  Order lost by Royal Mail but full refund given. Have bought from this seller previously and will happily do so again. Even though the item being lost was not seller's fault a refund was quickly supplied. Thank you.
