  I received the first delivery and discovered a manufacturing defect. I contacted the seller who responded within hours and offered to refund me 100% or ship a replacement. I choose a replacement. The seller again within hours authorized a replacement and it just arrived in perfect installable condition. Things can and do go wrong but it’s how a seller responds & Krolot resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. That is why if you plan to buy from Krolot do so with complete confidence.
