    Great communication during the Canadian Postal strike. No excuses. Here is how ScullyRoadOnline is going to get your package to you. Product is as described and perfect. The delivery guy (not ScullyRoad) threw the package on to the porch. Thanksfully, ScullyRoad did a good job packing the box. All in one piece and scanning two sided in color. Cheers and thanks.

    My thermostat wouldn't connect to wifi, so I purchased this circuit board. Received the item fast and had issues with it. Worked with the seller who gave excellent communication and after him giving me several items to check, turns out I didn't insert the ribbon cable fully. After reinserting, it works just like new. Recommend seller!

    While I ultimately had to return this item (my fault for ordering the wrong type of modem), this seller was VERY responsive to questions and quite helpful. It’s also reassuring to work with a seller who accept returns on this type of equipment, where it is all too easy to buy one that is incompatible with one’s internet service. I can highly recommend this seller.

    Products work as intended. I purchased two, and one of the backplates was not working upon arrival, which I communicated to the seller. After some troubleshooting, it was still not working and the seller promptly sent a replacement. Highly recommend them as a seller--they were quick to respond and helpful in every way. Thanks!
