  Product was damaged during shipping despite being packaged well. Seller was responsive and had the problem solved in less than 4 hours of opening package. One of the best experiences I have had with a seller since I have been with eBay. Customer service A++

  The seller is very responsive and very positive. I har an issue with the part not being in the box (I'm not sure if it was stolen, it's very possible). I messaged the seller, he responded with sympathy and quickly offered to either refund or send a new part. I opted to get a new part, he sent it out the same day and sent the tracking number. I got it in less than a week! Will definitely buy from this seller again.
