  Seller corrected the mistake of mailing me the wrong item. My item arrived on time (weather permitting), packaged great, the item was exactly as depicted in photos, and for a great price. Would buy from this seller again.

  Initial delay in shipping and communication. When item arrived, system was packaged in original packaging, but box looked a little rough/faded. Pump was leaking when I started to use it. Seller promptly refunded my money without asking me to return, just asked me to show evidence it was not working as described. So while there were initial delays and the product didn’t work as a new product, it did arrive in the original packaging and didn’t appear to be used. Refund was prompt and fair.
