    The first screen they sent me was damaged in transit. I contacted Screenarama and they immediately sent me out a replacement. The replacement turned out to be the incorrect type for my laptop, so I contacted them, and they sent me the return packing slip the same day and sent me a link for the proper screen which I purchased. Great experience all around. Nice to see a company that stands behind their products and provides excellent customer service.

    Amazing experience with great customer service. I ordered wrong one initially at a very good price. I did not expect to need any help. When I took my old screen out and saw numbers didn't match (my error), I called for exchange, and the tech who answered on first ring arranged a quick RMA exchange, cross shipped. Later, that beautifully packed replacement seemed DOA (my old one still worked, it didn't), so I exchanged again, again cross shipped, and the new one is working beautifully. A+++

    Shipping was super fast and the screen arrived in great condition, but unfortunately it was the wrong item for my Samsung Galaxy2. That said, the seller was very responsive and issued a prompt refund with no hassle. Great customer service—I’d still consider buying from them again based on how well they handled the situation.
