  Due to a negative experience with a different seller over a similar item that had arrived broken with seller not only unhelpful but required me to open a case, I was understandably reluctant to take my chances with this purchase. However, after messaging with this seller and being reassured, I felt confident and am glad I took the chance and went ahead with this seller. Item arrived quickly and in perfect shape as seller took great care to make sure item was very securely packaged for shipment.

  The brooch is very pretty as described. It looked better than the picture! Package was secured and neat. Fast shipping and reasonable price. Totally worth every penny. Hope the seller has more rooster brooches in the future. I am a collector :)
