  Seller had listed the size incorrectly on the site and I did not pay attention in the photos. Unfortunately, he shipped them before I saw his message. He promptly issued me a refund. Great customer service! The shoes look great if anyone is a size 9.5!

  The item was advertised as brand new, sealed, in box. When it arrived it was clearly opened and there were crucial pieces missing. I contacted the seller and the item was refunded immediately with no return necessary. Feedback has been amended to positive to reflect this. Disappointing, but good customer service.

  Item arrived promptly. Excellent communication with seller. Item was packaged extremely well but the top of the item poked through the box (see photo). Luckily it was not damaged. Item was disassembled for shipping and the screw provided did not match threads with the hole. Ace hardware was very helpful replacing the screw. My daughter was thrilled with this birthday present.
