  Excellent seller communication. Ordered several things, and everything but one item arrived packed very well, as described, and arrived very quickly. The item that was missing not only was refunded, but was also replaced with two different items to make up for it which the seller had contacted me prior so I had ample notice. Thoroughly positive buying experience.

  Items as described and pictured, wrapped great as usual and shipped quickly as usual also and at a good price too. Shipping cost is for multiple items shipped together. I always look forward to communicating with Scotts trains which is always a pleasure.

  Great BIN price on the bundle of jewel cases, still in very useful condition. Seller combined two orders into one carton, and REFUNDED postage charge for the single unit. All arrived quickly and soundly packaged. Thanks again seller: new.2u

  I was definitely happy to see the quality of the cars that arrived as compared to what I expected. It came in a nice tight box wrapped very nicely, I was as described in the advertisement, and the value is exceptional as much as the cars are much better shape than I would’ve expected this way I’ve always wondered how a pre-owned car would be, but these were just like out of their own box. Although there were several wheel sets off of the cars, those wheel sets were included in the package.
