  Very disappointed with their delivery option. It clearly states 1st Class Delivery. I even paid extra for it. Poor and slow communication. I try to not leave bad feedback on here, so it says a lot that I went out of my way for this one. Tip - don't charge people for something they are not going to get. If your options didn't mention 1st class, then it's on me for not ordering sooner. You failed. I then have to lose out on delivery cost to send back the item as well. I will never shop here again.
