  The part was exactly as described. The seller was awesome, contacted me to make sure I was aware of a small blemish that was mentioned in the description and offered to double check model numbers to ensure it was compatible. Very friendly. Very prompt about contacting me and shipping the unit as well. Everything was packaged really nicely too.

  Great communication! Seller called me to verify that this was the part I was looking for for the range I was repairing, everything verified. Arrived quickly and packaging was so careful and secure that this glass part did not break. Part was better than described or visible in the pictures. Installed perfectly at a great value for this otherwise perfectly functioning range. Looks pretty much new again.

  Condition was better than the photo. Scooter parts helped me so much. He got on a video call with me and showed me the part in real time. He went out of his way to explain how to install the piece and offered to do another call to walk me through it. I managed to get it done just from his instructions alone.   This seller was so amazing! I originally purchased an item that was the wrong color and didn't match my Washer. He contacted me to let me know that he found the item in the color I needed.
