    Definitely unexpected. SFCO originally sent me the wrong product. It had a very similar name to what I ordered, so it made sense - mistakes happen. In trying to figure out the mixup, eBay refunded me the entire amount. SFCO reached out to me with an apology and sent me my original order completely free of charge. I offered to return the incorrect item, but they insisted that I have both for free. So I received two items and paid nothing. Mistakes happen; reactions define. SFCO was great.

    The books were shrink-wrapped and in their original condition. They were bubble wrapped and well packaged for shipping. The price was great for what came. Shipping was faster than I'd even hoped. I'd heard good things about the Seller from friends and I would definitely do business with them again.

    I'd thought I'd ordered a used copy of this tome, very pleased to find a brand new book that was well packaged for travel and arrived on time, also a swift response from order placed to shipped. Great price for this book, I would gladly order from this vendor again. Thank you for great service!

    Item arrived on time, seller shipped the next day. It was very well packaged to prevent damage, and is in "New" condition, as described. Thank you for being an amazing seller.

    Everything arrived exactly as pictured/advertised! Items were very well-packaged and quickly shipped. It all arrived in perfect condition and everything looks to be exactly as it should be. I got an excellent deal on some high-quality merchandise, and I would absolutely do business with this seller again. I would highly recommend them to others, as they are exactly what an eBay seller should be!
