  Shipped the wrong size despite repeat purchases. Return shipping is a HUGE negative. I will be returning them, losing nearly $100, twice what I was charged for shipping on this purchase. Had they allowed me a return label, to purchase at a reduced rate, I would have greatly appreciated it. I've never had a problem previously. Always shipped super fast with exceptional packaging. Shoes are excellent, just 1/2 too small. WRONG SIZE WILL COST YOU $100 MORE.

  Sehr schneller Versand! Gut verpackt Einwandfreie neue Ware! Passt sehr gut! Für einen eventuellen Rückversand lag das Rücksendetikett schon im Karton. Das ist ein ausgezeichneter Service, wie ich ihn noch nicht erlebt habe!!!

  Company sent me the wrong size and then argued with me that it was the correct size. I proved that they sent me the wrong size and they finally accepted my return request. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t pay for a return label despite their mistake and now I’m stuck with the wrong product. If you are buying from the US don’t even waste your time. Terrible experience.
