    There was shipment damage. The seller tried to help by giving me new parts. That didn’t work. The seller took the product back and refunded the money. They sent pictures showing the extensive shipping damage. They offered a discount on a future purchase. Good response to an issue. Good eBayer!

    After receiving this computer, then seller followed up to make sure everything was correct and added some display cables for me. The computer is excellent, booted up immediately, I installed updates as the seller instructed. This seller cares about his product he sells, and makes sure the customer is satisfied with his purchase. Thank you.
