  Item (calculator) arrived exactly as described and was well packaged to ensure no damage occurred during shipping. The seller let me know of the used condition, but it is working and looked great to my daughter and I! We are very pleased with this seller.. they gave us a great price on a very expensive item their school requires. This is a high quality calculator that we will use for years to come, and as a mother of 6 girls, I REALLY appreciated being able to get it on time, thank you!

  Item came clean and well packaged. It did have a minor issue that should be repairable. There was close to 0 chance the seller even knew of the fault. It didn't stop them from making things right and going far beyond what I asked. I would most definitely recommend this seller and have added them to my favorites.
