  Item arrived in new packaging. Went to charge and kept flashing red and green. Tried to run it in my tool briefly and recharge and it kept flashing. Reached out to seller and they were awesome about returning it. Very happy with seller. Product not great but not the sellers fault…

  USPS. Mixed up the label. When I emailed the seller he replied quickly and tracked the package to the end delivery. Even called the Post Office in my home town to verify before delivery. Great service for a $27. Item!!!!!!
