Very well packaged by the seller which was fortunate as the carrier sent the package on a side trip that added extra days, many miles, and extra handling while in transit (not in any way the sellers fault). First off That is wonderful. They cared enough to not want me to get a defective Product. Second, they offered the refund First but gave Me the option of another product and explained that it was Not as good as my original purchase. I looked at the offer and it would not meet my needs (as they had suggested it might be). We agreed to the refund, they will go the extra mile for you.
