  Since my comment, the Seller contacted me and refunded my payment despite my request not to. In addition they are sending another batch. I realised that this was a very genuine mistake and by no means represents the quality of this seller and their products. This is a product I must have, and will need to buy often due to monthly Tarpanams we perform. The Seller understood these sentiments and immediately resolved the issue. I am very satisfied, touched, and thankful. Recommend trader highly

  L'oggetto ricevuto era esattamente come descritto. Vorrei un'altro.... Poi il corriere un po' sicuro e rapido perché avevo ordinato e pagato 2 altri che non sono mai arrivati a destinazione!!! Nessuno mi ha aiutato ad ricuperarli... Mi dispiace molto. Ho rimandato tutti i miei recapiti ma tutto tace, silenzio. Grazie!!!!!!

  They arrived, but the balm was put in a box which was close to be expired which is illegal here in Denmark. They tried to give an strange explanation about it's normal, but here it's still illegal! The box they put it in looked like someone kicked it or had stepped on it.
