    With the help and persistence of the seller my issue was resolved with FedEx. The product was very well wrapped, no damage, and in very good condition to be a used product. All the keys and functions work. It gives very good sound. Everything described to be included was there and more. The seller provided quick response time and answers needed to get the product through customs. They were helpful, responsive, and professional. I would purchase from them again.
