    Excellent service: Ordered mid-day Friday and it arrived for collection the next day at 8:15! Great value Ex-demonstration model printer in as new condition much cheaper than a new one.     Excellent seller! I ordered the printer and the seller posted it the same day, and it has arrived the next day. The printer was well packaged and it looked in excellent condition, but when I installed it, it didn't work perfectly. I reported this to the seller and when I described the problem, he sent me another one the same day without asking me to send the previous one back first. The second one have arrived on the next day. Excellent communication and problem solving. Thank you very much.

    Excellent seller, item was exactly as described, opened but, unused new product condition, with genuine new HP inks installed, ordered one day, delivered the next safely to my door, easy to setup and use, all round extremely positive experience.
