    As described, fair price, shipped quickly. Packing was just ok but could have been better. Unit was well bubble wrapped but was still allowed to move around inside the box. Just a bit more bubble wrap or else packing paper would have prevented that. No harm done, arrived safely and that is really all that matters.

    Item arrived 5 days earlier than estimated. Product was as described. The box was open box as described with all the original parts included and it's condition is new. The price was a fair price for an open box item. I would purchase again from this vendor.

    Excellent seller. This Extreme Networks accessory I ordered was in excellent condition and in a factory sealed box. The seller carefully and neatly wrapped the box in bubble wrap and put it inside a sturdy cardboard shipping box. The response time was also impressive. I placed the order and 2 hours later had the tracking number. I can tell this seller is committed to excellence - this was a small $28 order and the seller treated it like it was the most important order in the world.

    Fast shipping, excellent packaging, exactly as described. Purchased items as scrap but intended to try to use some of them if they survived shipping. Without even requesting it, the seller packaged them extremely well and they look like they were just pulled from computers, without the pins even getting bent. Thank you so much!!!
