  Item never arrived although seller communication was good, I received info from the courier company which I relayed back to seller, hung on for extra week then a few days seemed neverending, eventually the company admitted losing the item…a full refund was granted, over a month to receive an item only 20 miles away would have been easier to pick it up….

  Good value, but unfortunately got crushed in the post, so was broken when it arrived. Seller was very good about it and apologised and refunded money. Would buy from seller again.

  I had an issue with delivery so my item didn't arrive (no fault of the seller). They were really helpful when I got in touch and they offered me a refund with no hassle whatsoever - very understanding and clearly communicated what was going on from their end.
