    I was nervous buying a cell phone used, but the seller was quick to respond to questions and I placed the order. Item came in great condition, but I ordered wrong phone. She sent me a Return label immediately and I shipped back. No problems whatsoever. So I am now going to purchase the correct phone from this seller. She was reliable and very easy to communicate with.

    I am a satisfied customer. I recently purchased a device from this buyer. The device arrived quickly to my home. It was package clean and neat. For leaving a positive review I was offered a Free one year warranty. I thought the price for what I bought was reasonable and I’d buy again from SarahCell.

    The item was as promised. 😎 The mail carrier was beyond slow and my package was lost. It finally arrived. The delayed delivery was not the seller’s fault. We have a new mailman in my area that is way behind on deliveries and marked the package delivered and it was not delivered until January 19th! The seller was good at communication concerning the issue! I highly recommend buying from them!

    Item exactly as described. USPS caused the item to be delivered over a week late. Seller was not at fault. Highly recommend this seller

    Everything went off without a hitch. My only crtiscism would be that I sent a message to the seller regarding MY failure in choosing the right product and wanting to see if they had what I was looking for but never heard back so they're being returned, also, without a hitch. So my business goes somewhere else. Other than that, communcication was great and the product was as described with no issues.
