  Item wasn't shipped until a full week after purchase & this was after I had messaged the seller who said it'd take a week for factory production but yet it was not stated anywhere in the item description that the playmats are made to order. I wouldn't have bought this if I knew beforehand especially since international shipping alone takes so long. Playmat quality is also poor, especially for this price point you can get a much better mat elsewhere. Would reccomend to avoid this seller.

  I absolutely love my new playmat! I'll be using it primarily as a mousepad, and the quality and appearance is exactly as I expected it. The seller was also very communicative about the shipping process. They were very prompt in letting me know when my package could be expected to arrive, and were quick to answer any questions I had.
