    OMG, Ms Beatrice….the way u shipped /packed was beyond superior, right down to the handle and spout! Wow! Your pictures and description were spot on and your price was an excellent value. Communication was fast and good. The cost for shipping was as to expected no more, no less. The water pitcher has a permanent place on our hutch and compliments the Californian vintage pottery with other Franciscan pieces. We love it! Would buy from Ms Beatrice again. Thank you!

    Purchased and shipped with another vase of the same style but a different color. While the other vase came as pictured, this one has a small manufacturing flaw on the bottom rim which is no big deal to me but did not show up in any of the photos at the website and should have been mentioned as anyone who is looking for a flawless item could have seen it as a problem. Everything arrived well-packaged and on time and combined shipping was appreciated. I would recommend this seller.

    The shipping took a while then I thought, but they did the best they could to ship this item. The packaging was very nice and tidy. I liked that the description helped me into being interested in buying this item. The value was the best one I could possibly find across eBay. A total rating of this item, I would consider to give this item a 10 out of 10.
