  This seller has been beyond wonderful, we experienced shipping issues that were 100% not her fault and she went above and beyond to rectify the situation. When everything goes right, it is easy to please. When the post office messes up, it is much more time consuming and difficult to remedy the situation. She responded immediately to every message and put time and effort into helping me. I hope to do business with her in the future.

  I was confounded by the oversized box, four times the size of other packages from Ebay clothing sellers. Inside the carton was a lovely gift package. The tissue paper was color coordinated with a ribbon and a bow. Beautiful! I (reluctantly) opened that to find the dress carefully folded in a plastic sleeve with oodles of tissue to cushion the folds. The dress came out uncreased!!! I was floored. It was like bring home purchases from a Paris boutique. Wow!!!!! What an amazing experience.
