The seller then offered a partial refund which was accepted. I could easily put the wrong item (different size LED bulb) to use for another purpose, so the seller was informed all was OK. Contacted seller, they wanted to refund for the 4 undelivered bulbs instead of sending me the 4 missing bulbs. My light fixture uses 5 bulbs so the 1 bulb I received is useless. Seller finally agreed to refund the full purchase price because of short supply of bulbs. After the refund I checked their offerings on eBay, they are still selling the Qty=5 package of light bulbs (how can they sell 5 if they don't have them?).
