  Extremely fast shipping. The pattern was like brand new. Loved the care the seller had with the package when she shipped it. Put Do Not Bend over the whole package. Even included a piece of cardboard to make sure it does not bend. Highly recommend purchasing from this seller. Definitely worth it for cross-stitch patterns.

  Through no fault of the seller, this item was lost by the post office. The seller insured the pattern and promptly filed a report with USPS. I will gladly purchase from this seller again, prompt response and so pleasant to work with.
