  This seller was amazingly helpful… I ordered the wrong item (well, the right item, but with the wrong firmware) and the seller was kind enough to cancel the transaction and offered to have me send him my item so he could find the correct ear it with the right matching firmware. I couldn’t have asked for a more generous offer from a seller. I can’t say enough good things.

  Absolutely thrilled with this company. Provided great detail on the product I was interested in, followed up to be sure I was ordering the right version before they sent the item. The item was delivered promptly and well packaged. Then, after I got the product, I couldn’t get it to set up correctly. They went waaaaaaaaay out of their way to help me to get it working.   Easy to understand description and terms, wonderful communication and expedient service, all add up to a first class Ebayer who cares about what they sell as well as satisfying their customer's. Received my Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds today, both left and right-ear units. I paired them with my storage case and fully charged them. Once the set-up was complete, I fired them up and was not dissapointed! They sound incredible and are a tremendous value when compared to the same exact pair new!
