    Excellent Ebay vendor! One of the four multipurpose mugs arrived broken in transit. The vendor offered a refund as soon as I informed them and the cash was in my account on the same day. Prompt dispatch and delivery by Royal Mail. Maybe a bit more protection in the packaging of very fragile items would be in order.

    Drapes arrived quickly. Appearance as shown on eBay. Thanks But here was a small hole in the plastic of the package. Didn't affect the drapes and it could have happened anywhere in transit. Not something I would have expected given the shipping cost.
