    Wow, these folks are absolutely amazing! I ordered a used cylinder head for a Honda lawnmower. It arrived as scheduled. Upon opening the package, I realized it wasn't the correct part. Mind you, when I looked the the used parts, I thought it was brand new. Very detailed cleaning and preparation! I notified them of the issue and within 2 minutes they had contacted me with a resolution. They agreed to send me the correct one without hesitation! Who does that?! Absolutely astonishing!

    The price was amazing, they were quick to offer me an amazing deal. They also got it out in shipping very quick. My only complaint is the shipping damage was not fully imaged or described. The two scratches on the top were imaged, but not the dent, the broken right speaker positive terminal that is unusable, the volume knob is busted and very hard to use, and the fact that the metal box is coming apart. I believe that the damage description should have been more thoroughly imaged or described.

    Everything went really well. I received today. Packaging, shipping, conditions and price were all great! The item came exactly as described. No problems at all with the purchasing. Now it's time to replace my broken one and put the receiver to work. Thanks, S and H Lots!

    Vendor had problems with the shipper but worked very hard to get it corrected, an excellent communicator and most polite person to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this vendor nor hesitate to purchase from him. One of the top vendors I have ever purchased from. Thank you.
