  USPS sent package on a tour. Honorable Seller refunded me. Then item arrived almost a month later! Had no use for it by then and seller didn t want it back.

  I shipped the item immediately. It was lost by USPS for nearly a month. I refunded the buyer in entirety. The item did eventually arrive. I told the customer to keep the item. Sorry this happened. I did all that I could to track it down during this month.
