  Very honest and ethical seller. The fragile item was well packed but still arrived broken. When reported with photos, the seller instantly gave a full refund.

  Thank you to the shipper for the excellent packing for shipping. Lamps are not easy and I appreciate the effort made so that I was able to receive this new treasure intact!
