  Item arrived in poorer condition than depicted in the ad. Sent the seller pictures and he agreed; he was very congenial and quickly refunded the purchase upon the item’s return. All I was out was a little time and packing material to make sure it returned in no worse condition than it arrived. Giving 5 star rating based on his handling of the situation and not wanting to damage his ratings for what was hopefully an isolated incident.

  This was just the right item to solve a connection problem. The price was very good. The item looked good in pictures. Unfortunately the item took some damage in shipping and was non functional. the seller immediately refunded the money without any issue. They provided great support.

  Great seller who really takes care of his customers. Item was just as described, definitely recommend buying from this seller. Shipping delay was USPS and not sellers fault so USPS gets a "1" star rating.
