  Just as described, shipped in a bag with fans in boxes which were crushed and fan in pieces. Put fan back together and fan works. Shipping company was terrible.

  Top hat was delivered crushed due to packaging. Contacted the seller who was very apologetic and asked if he could send a video on how to reshape. Unfortunately I could not wear the hat as it came on the day of the function. But, I was able to reshape it and hopefully get to wear it for Halloween. Contact with Seller was awesome.. Product is awesome. Thank you!

  Good communication, item was coming from China , not in the States, I guess it was posted as local, it took 2 weeks to arrive. The XXL. is a medium, XXXL is a large.good item , good seller.
