    When I did not see the item had shipped a week of ordering, I reached out to the seller. They did not respond, and a comment was added to their page indicating they were out of town until June 1st. Then they cancelled the order without communication to me. Which was disappointing because I really wanted the item.

    We did send you an email letting you know that we had a family emergency, and you responded, we cancelled the order and refunded. As you could see by our Feedback, we are always on top of our orders and customers are our priority, we are sorry you are disappointed.

    This seller is truly customer concerned with care and thoughtfulness. Packed incredibly well, the best for a fragile piece. Accurate description as best they knew.
