Unfortunately, when it arrived, I discovered that it was missing RAM and SSD, which was not mentioned in the listing. I contacted the seller about it, who responded very quickly, offering a partial refund. Since I was able to find the missing parts for about the same sum as the refund, I accepted. Although I wish the seller had been a little more careful about verifying the product, I was happy with his resolution of the issue

Then when the other finally arrived, I was told to keep both. Seller is definitely legitimate and I would definitely use them again!

They stated it was just a returned item and didn't know weather it was defective or not. I also made sure everything was needed to run it. So I decided to buy it and have been very pleased with it. I can't find anything wrong with it! The SSD may be a little slow, but works fine. It was a great deal!
