  The packaging arrived in a great condition and within the delivery window that was given. Opened the product and was as described. No dents, dings, or scratches on product. Was definitely a great price as well compared to big name retailers.

  I’ve been trying to contact the seller since December 20th about an issue with my order. I purchased three identical items priced at $99.99 each, but they sent one incorrect item worth about $25. I've received no response despite following up on January 9th and 12th. The wrong item is useless to me, resulting in a $99.99 loss. I initially thought they were on holiday, but their lack of communication is unacceptable. Be cautious when ordering from this seller. See attached picture.
