  The item came in excellent condition and exactly as described. Packaging was strong and very sufficient, and the cost was somehow much less than more local retailers in the US, despite being shipped from Japan! It did take almost 2 weeks to arrive because of this, but that was expected. On the seller side, communication was friendly and prompt, and the item was mailed out quickly after purchase. Thank you!

  I bought a ES9040 replacement blade/head set for my Panasonic Arc5. Replacement heads are available domestically in the US, but both cost more and are older revisions than what is available in Japan. The seller was extremely fast, responsive, and proactively reached out with updates. This is going far above and beyond. The item arrived as described (brand new and in pristine condition). The seller even paid for signature on delivery, which is overkill but very much appreciated. Thanks!
