  The rug set is just as pictured. I sent my mom a photo and she loved it!! The vendor was great!! After I did not receive my order, I tracked and found out it was held up at the postal office. I contacted the seller and he offered my money back or reshipment. I chose reshipment and received it a few days later!!!

  The item arrived on time, was of good quality, looked good, in excellent condition. The value was also good. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong color and had to return it. The seller processed the return smoothly, though the shipping cost was deducted from my refund. While I had a good experience overall, the color I need is now out of stock. Still, the seller was professional, and I appreciate their service!

  Good price and fast shipping. Ordered White curtains and the package says White but they are a very light Grey They block the light very well.

  Fast shipping and prompt customer service. Had an issue with the curtains being not as described. Nowhere in the auction did it say they were lined and blackout. They are a stiff material that block out a lot of light. I chose to accept a 30% discount and hold on to them for later use.
