    Guitar is excellent. Seller was very responsive ( as was EBay) to shipping issues /delay solely caused by FEDEX, and helped with assurance item was/ would be delivered. Item arrived delayed, again this was not in sellers direct control,  but in exchange condition, we’ll packaged for shipping . Would & have bought from this seller again and since. One star for shipping is for FEDEX. They lied about attempting delivery then created a false narrative of my asking for a later delivery date.

    Received item in good condition, product looked exactly as described, very satisfied with the product and service. Item was shipped on time and works fine. Guitar was packaged nicely with no damages. Good value for the price. I am satisfied with my purchase, would buy from seller again.

    Beautiful guitar however they should not use FedEx to ship. There is almost always a problem with their deliveries. Once again they were lazy and left package by the 1st floor door which is near the sidewalk instead of as addressed to the 2nd floor(porch). The box was also partially open and damaged. Terrible delivery company.

    Estoy contento de haber realizado esta compra. La calidad de esta empresa “Native” es inmejorable. La tienda SamAsh tiene una gran variedad de productos. Si bien la caja no estaba en muy buen estado, el contenido del producto sí lo estaba. El precio del controlador está muy bien, llegó a mi país luego de unos días y ya estoy disfrutando del producto, además de verse muy bien en mi sala de grabacion

    I'm leaving positive feedback, but I could be happier. The cymbal is 1741 grams, the lightest 21" K Zildjian I've played - and it sounds fantastic. The packing was perfect and they gave it to the shipper in good time. BUT - they chose FedEx for shipping and FedEx failed me - not for the first time. Was supposed to get it last Thursday, got it today. Needed this for a gig Saturday and counted on SamAsh to get it to me on time. I won't ever order again if the shipper is FedEx.
