  Although the item and seller are world class, I thought shipping and handling cost was rather high for a pin($12.45 , not includ insurance.in a small plastic bubble envelope encased in add'l small bubble wrap; I collect pins from around the world and never paid that much!!). I offered a reduced price and reduced shipping; Sallie Ann's Attic accepted both!!! Fast turnaround!! Excellant customer service!!
