  The shampoo I had ordered arrived, but the caps of the both bottles were open, and some of the contents and spilled inside the package. The person responsible is the sender, who did not sead the caps properly during packaging. I just wanted to let you know that the post office is not at fault. The main responsibility lies with the person who packaged the times. Thank you
