  FedEx lost the package (again, fourth package this year and we're only half-way through February) but seller responded very quickly and sent a replacement. Excellent quality (better than I was expecting) and a responsive seller with good customer service--hard to ask for more these days. Thanks!

  I had been in contact with the seller told them I did not get the item even though it showed delivered. They said they were going to refund me and it has been long past the time. They promised and nothing has been refunded and they are not responding any longer. So they basically took my money and did not give me any product. They said they would refund it so they need to follow through on their promise.
