  Item shipped in a timely manner and was very well packed. After inspection, some issues that were not described were found. Seller promptly offered the opportunity to return the item even though it was listed as non returnable. After further discussion, we instead came to a very fair solution to split up the unexpected repair costs.

  Arrived on time and item as described. It was exceptionally packaged and I'm very satisfied with the item and the seller. I think it was a great price for a serviced Nakamichi cassette deck.

  The unit developed a problem that the service tech didn't find and after contacting the seller, they HAPPILY accepted the unit back. That is "over & beyond" great customer service. A very highly recommended seller who stands behind their items.
