  Shipping was 3 weeks. The item was new and arrived as described. Initial setup required but everything now works so well. To anyone who ever complained about this device, you missed the pure genius within this product. Its by far the best phone I have ever owned for writing texts, and especially company emails on board airplanes. Seller is legitimate and an honest seller. This only belongs in the hands of industry professionals, not a phone for 'average "Scrolling" consumers'.

  Was in manufacturer’s packaging, showcasing its new condition & never opened. It arrived early so that was a pleasant surprise. Packaging was overdone, I had a hard time opening it which was good. Worked out of the box with no issues. Not a counterfeit which is a valid concern on eBay. I bought this device from this seller because the manufacturer Planet Computer’s website is down but I still wanted to get my hands on one for a reasonable price.
