  I’m very satisfied with the seller but the Spanish authorities don’t give me any chance to receive the package. The seller is very gentle and answered to all my questions and messages.   Great and uncomplicated experience! The perfume was new and sealed as described, and packed well for shipping with an extra box and paper padding so it arrived safely.   Took a few weeks to arrive (ordered 10/9, delivered 10/24), but once I received the tracking it only took 4 days to get to me. Otherwise everything was packaged very well, no leaking, seller responded to my questions, and the item was as described.

  It looks amazing! Handling did take a while (as stated in the listing), but everything else thankfully went smoothly. The item arrived in a small cardboard box with some extra padding, which I greatly appreciate. If you're looking for something niche and don't mind the long handling time, I can recommend this seller!

  Seller is not particularly communicative - did not respond to earlier emails. However, once purchase was made, this item arrived from Japan to my home in the US in record time! It was very well packaged and pleased with the service.

  The item was exactly as described except one disc was missing. The seller promptly responded to my messages and refunded me a portion of the cost for the missing disc. The item took around 16 days to ship. Other than that, no issues.
